What We Collect

When you use WCP Cloud, we collect:

• Email address — for account creation, authentication, and service communication.
• Work item content — titles, descriptions, comments, documents, and artifacts you create through the WCP tools.
• Usage metadata — page views, feature usage, and interaction events collected via PostHog analytics.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the WCP Cloud service — storing and serving your work items, authenticating your sessions, and improving the product. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• DigitalOcean — infrastructure hosting and data storage.
• Stripe — payment processing. We do not store your credit card information; Stripe handles all payment data.
• PostHog — product analytics. Collects usage patterns to help us improve the service.

Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. PostHog uses cookies for analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing dave@workcontextprotocol.io. Upon deletion, all your data — work items, documents, tokens, and account information — is permanently removed.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
