Acceptable Use
You agree to use WCP Cloud in good faith and not to abuse the service. You may not use WCP Cloud to store illegal content, distribute malware, or engage in activities that harm other users or the service infrastructure.
Your Data
You own your data. Work items, documents, comments, and artifacts you create through WCP Cloud belong to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Service Availability
We strive to keep WCP Cloud available and reliable, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide notice when practical.
Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting dave@workcontextprotocol.io. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, with notice when possible.
Liability
WCP Cloud is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
